Is there really no monthly fee?

Correct. No subscription, no setup fee and no contract. You only pay when a customer actually places and pays for an order. A quiet week costs you nothing.

What does the 1.9% cover?

Everything. Your branded ordering page, QR codes, AI menu import, the live orders dashboard, docket printing, modifiers, scheduling, receipts and tax invoices. There is no feature behind a higher tier.

How does that compare to UberEats?

Delivery apps commonly charge 25 to 35% commission. On a $50 order that is $12.50 to $17.50 to them, against 95c to us. The trade is that they bring you customers you did not have, and we do not.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The only two costs are our 1.9% and standard Stripe processing. We do not charge for QR codes, extra staff logins, or support.

What about Stripe's fees?

Stripe charges roughly 1.7% + 30c per transaction on Australian cards, paid directly to them. That is the standard rate any business pays to accept cards, and it is not something we mark up.
