Built for the people on the pass

Independent venues in Australia have spent the last decade handing a quarter to a third of every online order to marketplaces. That trade made sense when the marketplace brought a customer who had never heard of you. It makes far less sense on the regular who has been coming in every Thursday for two years.

What we actually do

We give a venue its own ordering page on its own address, take 1.9% per order, and print the result on the printer already sitting behind the pass. There is no marketplace, no ranking to buy, and no competitor listed underneath you.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not do delivery. We have no courier network and no plans to build one. If delivery is your business, the big apps do it properly and you should use them. We are for the orders that were always going to be yours.

We also do not do enterprise. If you run twenty venues with an operations team, there are platforms built for that with account managers and multi site reporting. We are built for the person choosing the platform who is also the person plating the food.

How we make money

1.9% per order. That is the entire business model. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no per seat pricing, no cut of tips, and nothing that changes if you have a good month. If you take no orders one week, you pay us nothing that week.
